Dana is a full stack developer for the past 9 years, currently working at vcita. She started coding in the Mamram technological unit of the army and has a Bsc in Computer Science.
For the past 2 years Dana has been digging in her own personality with a psychological therapist to observe and improve her life out of the belief that anyone can be better for themselves in anything they set their minds to. Her main focus was her highly sensitivity which was almost intolerable, but today is embraced and considered as a superpower.
Dana loves music, she sings, plays a little guitar, piano and drums. It is very easy to make her laugh and she tears pretty massively when she laughs.

After sleepless nights of rethinking small meaningless arguments I’ve had at work, I told my therapist that I’m tired of this (pun intended). This led me to read the book “The Handbook for Highly Sensitive People”.
Turns out, 20% of the population are highly sensitive people. Highly sensitive people commonly take offense at things others don't; they tend to overthink and deeply process feelings more often than others.
Although highly sensitive people are not rare, most people don't know how to deal with them. However, when taken into account properly, you may discover that heightened sensitivity can actually be a superpower.
In this talk, I will explain how to identify highly sensitive people, how to successfully understand them and how to harness their superpower in the workplace. Additionally, how we the highly sensitive, can transform our emotions into a source of strength and fulfillment.
