Stigma around female sexuality has created a pleasure gap between the genders. Why does this matter? Well, this issue has consequences beyond the bedroom. Our sexuality is a living, breathing part of who we are, it shapes our personality, our self-worth, our efficacy and more. If women continue to fear their sexuality, carry shame with them or are afraid to talk about it because of the stigma, it influences how they move through the world - from the workplace to their relationships and everything in between.

This talk explores how we can break down that stigma and begin to raise healthy, confident women who embrace and celebrate their pleasure.

In the wake of me-too, we have experienced a meaningful shift in the way female sexuality is talked about. Together, we'll explore what the next generation of sex tech brands will look like and how we can use technology to broach such a taboo topic in conservative societies. We'll hear about what it's like to raise funding as a sex tech founder, the drawbacks of operating in a taboo industry and why it's still a good idea. Saba Khalid - Founder of the app Raaji. a chatbot educating young girls about reproductive rights, menstrual and sexual health and safety. Stephanie Alys - Co-founder and Chief Pleasure Officer at MysteryVibe, British D2C company for luxury sex toys. Billie Quinlan - Co-founder of Ferly, mindfulness-based app focusing on sexual self-care, which brings together erotic stories, guided self-practice, and journaling.
